REFUND POLICY

We have a 5-day return Policy.  You will have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, in its original packaging, and include receipt or proof of purchase.  If the tags have been removed or the packaging is damaged, your item may not be eligible to be returned or we may accept the return, but it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Starting a Return

You can contact us at info@adamsjewelers.com, please include "return request" in the subject line and a brief description for the reason of the return.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instruction on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted and make a separate purchase for a new replacement item.

 

 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

 

Exception / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, custom designs and MODIFIED Items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please understand it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
